TRADING CHANGES

[== 7 / 3 / 2006 ==]

For all intents and purposes, I'm not trading anymore.  I no longer collect VCDs or DVDs, but instead focus on AVI (DivX, XviD, H264, etc.).  VCD quality is too poor, and for me personally DVD is a waste of space.

In the coming months, I hope to compile a list of my original VCDs which I'll be selling.  They'll be in bulk, probably in 100-CD groupings, and be pretty cheap.  If you're interested in something like this, feel free to add my site to your favorites and check back in a month.

Welcome to the eternally-being-renovated JAV Central.

Whether you're new to collecting or you're a "seasoned pro", I hope this web site will serve as informative, fun, and useful.

ABMEA FAQ

ABMEA is short for alt.binaries.multimedia.erotica.asian, which is a newsgroup found on Usenet.  For those unfamiliar with Usenet and how it works, it's basically like a huge, worldwide Internet bulletin board system.  It consists of many thousands of linked servers, one of which is most likely owned by the Internet Service Provider you are using at this time.  If you need help getting started, go to the home page of your ISP and look around in the help section.  If you can't find anything, send them an email asking for information on how to start using Usenet.

MystMan's Guide to VCD Posting

This is actually an extension of the ABMEA FAQ.  If you plan to post a VCD to a public forum, you should really read this first.

Cover Scans

Cover scans are a real pain in the ass to find, especially if you are unable to read Japanese.  Here are some tips for novices and veterans alike.

IRC [coming soon]

IRC is short for Internet Relay Chat.  Most known VCD trading channels can be found on the DALNet IRC network.  This page will briefly explain etiquette and how to get your fills.
